ADHD & Neurodivergence
As a neurodivergent woman herself, Kayleen has brain-hacked her way through the decluttering and organizing process. By better understanding our behavior and retraining our brains we can overcome clutter.
Our DeclutterCore™ Method is designed to reduce anxiety, increase focus and work with your brain—not against it. Learn how to set time limits for decision making, focus on functionality over perfection, and create visual systems to avoid the “out of sight out of mind” obstacle. Everyone can learn how to declutter and organize, even those of us with ADHD. And we are here to teach you how to finally turn this process into a habitual action and positive experience.
Trauma-Informed Care
Someone does not have to be a therapist to be therapeutic.
Trauma-Informed Care means we can acknowledge and understand when clutter and disorganization may be rooted in trauma and can ensure we navigate the process in a safe and healthy way. There are many experiences and events that may lead to trauma; injury, illness, mental health conditions, loss of a loved one, history of poverty, divorce, etc. Our goal is to make sure you feel safe, supported, and cared for through every step of the decluttering and organizing process.

"My husband and I purchased a home..."
My husband & I purchased a home and he wanted to hire an organizer to assist us with the process. I was very skeptical but within the first 15 minutes of meeting Kayleen, I knew it was exactly what we needed! Moving into a new home with a 1 year old & 11 year old is stressful enough! By the end of the weekend, every box was unpacked and our new house truly felt like home. Thank you Kayleen for your help! We literally couldn't have done it without you!
"You made the process of purging so easy and fun..."
Thank you Thank you!!!! You made the process of purging so easy and fun. You are so talented and professional. I should have done this a long time ago!! Everyone should hire you at least once. Organizers should be included with the ranks of health professionals!
"I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran..."
I am a disabled Vietnam Veteran and my wife is also disabled. Kayleen came into our home to help us down-size and was so helpful and personable that we have found other projects for her and recommended her to many other people in our senior community. We are now moving out of town and she again helped us down-size and pack. My wife and I do not know what we would have done without her excellent, professional, and friendly service.
"I'm preparing for a baby to come..."
I'm preparing for a baby to come and was desperate to organize the clutter in a couple of places in my home. Kayleen was incredibly professional from the start - responsive to my inquiry, promptly setting up an appointment, and knowing that I hoped she could come sooner, she offered a cancellation day to me as soon as it came up. And that's before she got to the house! I was unsure how long my projects would take, but Kayleen knocked them out in under a day and left things looking better than I thought they could have looked. She's fabulous and I highly recommend her.
"I had so much on my plate I decided to meet with Kayleen..."
Kayleen Kelly came highly recommended to me by a mutual friend while discussing my company's upcoming move to a new office. I really wondered if my team and I needed to utilize a professional organizer. However, I had so much on my plate I decided to meet with Kayleen. She immediately could sense that I had other business issues and stressors on my mind. Deciding to hire Kayleen saved my time, energy, and money; thus enabling me to focus on what I really needed to accomplish. I shared my overarching ideas, vision, and concerns with her, and she digested this along with what my main goals were with our office space. In turn, she delivered a great layout and system of organization for us here where my team is extremely happy and effective. Kayleen’s attention to detail and creative thinking with our 1900 sq. feet of new office space was fantastic, and she’s a pleasure to be around. I hope to expand our space in the coming years, and Kayleen is the only organizer I’m going to call. I will be a standing reference for Kayleen for years to come.
"In several hours I had an office that was transformed..."
I recently had Kayleen come and organize my home office. I am, what I consider, a slob and certainly procrastinate filing paperwork and keeping things neat and tidy. I so dreaded what was going to happen that I almost called her to reschedule, but I'm so thankful I did not. She made the process so easy; helping me to decide what to keep, shred, and throw away. After several hours, I had an office that was transformed! I can actually be productive again! Kayleen has a talent for organizing and seeing how things should be set up to work efficiently. I will definitely hire her again to help with other problem areas of my home. She is a born winner!
